His roots trace to the Forestry and Paper industries, where he developed and implemented Growth strategies which significantly accelerated sales and market penetration.

From those successes, he launched his own company.  His new venture created an innovative model within the Paper industry, which resulted in $ sales far exceeding Business Plan levels; Year 1 sales of $100,000,000+, continued to grow, each year.

Later he accurately foresaw shifts beginning to take place in the industry. He engineered a successful exit for the Company, which was also beneficial for his most important stakeholders, his employees.

Bill then turned his creativity and product development skills, to the designing and commercializing of a whole new  solution to particularly challenging issues that industry service providers, and their customers, face within Tree & Shrub Care, Vegetation Management, Lawn Care, Disease Control, Weed Control, Insects, Tick & Deer Control.

Following extensive product development and rigorous testing with world class Research Partners, including Cornell University, we were granted a U.S. patent for a water-based adjuvant, along with EPA approval.

We recently have launched our new Company, Leap2Solutions, which is based in Jacksonville, Florida.

We are very proud to share with you that we are 100% made in the USA.
